Problem is Vince wants you to see how big of a crowd he can get, how HUGE of an event Mania is. After the massive turnout of the past two Manias I'm not sure we'll ever see another normal arena Mania again. Besides, the more people he can pack in there... the more money.

That was something that I was thinking about, regardless Wrestlemania will always draw. People will come from all over the place to watch to live. Realistically there are very few arenas left. The places that have been mentioned I could see New Orleans or St. Louis being the next Mania host mainly because I am sure that they could draw the type of crowd that he does in fact want. Which is kind of sad being that usually the smaller arenas can create a better atmosphere, but don't bring in nearly enough money. I am sure that this year the WWE made more then they did the last few years, in smaller arenas.

Well we all know that Mania 30 will be in NY @ the Garden (WM1, WM10, WM20) so I'm now thinking NY will not have a shot at getting 28 or 29. Sad now.

They just did Detroit! (Mania 22? I think?) Screw that place, it's a hole.

I say New Orleans or Jacksonville. Somewhere new.

I think part of the attraction of having a Mania in a city is also the city itself. I had buddies who went to Detroit, and then went to Miami (for 24) and said they had a much better time in Miami because Detroit is a derelict shithole, that's waiting to die. Miami had a beach yes, but also had a significant nightlife after all the fan events closed down. Wrestlemania is becoming a week-long fan oriented event, much like the SuperBowl, and the city's local nightlife should definately be a consideration in picking where to stage the next Wrestlemania, IMO.

Screw you guys!!! WM should come to Detroit!

Well, realistically they aren't coming back for Mania in the next 4 years. Maybe 30-35. It was WM 23 they were last here.

I'd say NYC, LA, and Toronto are safe bets. I'd like to see WM go to Europe one year. I think that would be pretty epic. Wembly stadium.

I still say that New Orleans is a great idea for a Mania host. Boston would be interesting to, I don't think it's ever been there, could be wrong though.

Fuck Boston!!! They don't deserve to have Mania there. New Orleans is a cool idea though.

I'm still waiting for Wembley Stadium in the UK to bid for it - having one outside of North America would be something REALLY different. Before you say 'no', just remember Summerslam '92 ;)

I would love to see a Wrestlemania in the new Wembley Stadium in London. Imagine how excited the fans of the UK would be to have the biggest wrestling show in the world in their own backyard. I doubt it will happen but if anyplace outside of North America has a shot it would be London's Wembley Stadium especially if their were a british wrestler wrestling in the Main event. If that happened, Wembley Stadium would go nuts.

Wrestlemania in Fenway Park... Nuff said.

By the way, Wrestlemania will NEVER take place in England or any other European (Or Asian, for that matter) due to the time difference. There would be spoilers for WM (UGGGGH!), which could hurt the buyrate.

Why? so we can hear how all dem dare Bostonites are "wicked syked to be here" or "I drove my cah to the bah to see the wrastlemania"?? They don't deserve to get Mania, any other PPV, Raw, SD, or NXT. THe Boston fans suck, watch any RAW or SD or PPV they've had in Boston, the crowds are dead.

You guys in North America will have to get up at 1am like we do every month, then :p

Wasn't a problem back in 1992 due to the lack of internet but will be a real problem these days.

Maybe just a different PPV, then, Summerslam again maybe? Can see it at some point.

^^^It would be cool to see Wrestlemania go to Wembley Stadium. I'm really digging outdoor venues.
