You get to see Shelton Benjamin, that should be enough for you.

Last time I saw him he put on a shit match. I'm excited to see Jericho (never seen him before), Punk, Edge, Mysterio, Morrison and whoever else moves there in the draft (hopefully Orton and Swagger).

Wouldn't work. Because of the timezone differences, if you put the show on a Sunday night here, then spoilers are going to come out on the internet before it airs on a Sunday night in America, and less people are likely to buy the Pay-Per-View. If, however, you wait for it to be Sunday night there, then the Pay-Per-View is going to begin at 10am on Monday morning here, and people aren't going to want to get up then, especially when they have work/school.

In other continents the timezone difference may not be so extreme, but the same principle still applies.

Usually when they come here, they do Raw and SD both. Toronto has Raw on May 17th and then SD is in Ottawa on the 18th.

Toronto always seems to get Raw, though....I want to see Punk for fuck sakes.

Did you get to see him when he was on RAW?

 Against who?

Kofi. And no, it wasn't Kofi's fault. Shelton was working as a heel and was just so amazingly boring. He didn't bother working the crowd or anything - he just figured he'd go through the motions and kick Kofi or put him in side headlocks for the five minutes (which seemed like an eternity) and people would care. They didn't.

Yeah, because Kofi is capable of putting on good matches. :smh It's not surprising though, he was definitely jaded and kind of lazy back then, if this was during their ECW feud days.

If they come back to NY I hope to GOD that it is NOT in the Garden - the place can only hold so many people (17-20,000 max) for Mania. I hope they do it at Yankee Stadium. With Cotto/Foreman fighting there this summer I think it will give the E a feel of what a live wrestling event would do there. Plus the Yanks can open on the road for the first 2 weeks of the year giving enough time to get the field back in order for baseball.

Wrestlemania at Yankee stadium would be fucking awesome!!!!

I really wish that I lived in a bigger market lol the WWE hardly ever comes through here. Much like what BKB and LHR were talking about.

Small, loud crowds are 10x better than trying to fill a shitty 70k seated arena so that you can't hear anything. Completely ruins the feel, whereas a good 20-30k is ideal and perfect if they are vocal and add to the atmosphere (see: Chicago and Toronto).

I understand where you're coming from (I was at the Garden for the Rumble of 2008 when Cena returned and the roof almost exploded). I digress. Mania XX in the Garden was loud as all shit, very active fans in NY. I still would prefer that same active crowd at Yankee Stadium though.

This year's crowd was fucking awful. Bring it to NY, Boston or someplace else where people actually act like they care.

The large crowd at Mania this year did kind of take away from the Wrestlemania vibe. Places like NY, Boston and Chicago are all great Wrestlemania hosts. I also remember when it was in Seattle for Wrestlemania XIX. It was so damn loud in there you couldn't hear yourself think.
