Dixie Carter announced Chris Sabin will be returning to Impact Wrestling this month, writing on Twitter, "Big X Division news. Chris @ProjectSabin returning to#ImpactLIVE this month. He text me tonight saying he is "So Ready". Me too!!!"

Sabin tour his ACL and required surgery back in July of 2012. He has since been in rehabilitation.

Bout time, now bring me Alex Shelley and bring back MCMG!

I can see him being the guy that they build the X-Division around. Popular name from the past that fits the weight limit and can bring some experience to that division.

Same as Troy, but I do wonder if he will be able to go in the same way as he did, and maybe better if he is just used in special matches.

Would be foolish to build the division around him. The guys coming off of back to back big injuries and will be working a style that isn't going to do them any favour whatsoever.

He should get another tag team like MCMG at least that way he could get back into shape before they just throw him to the wolves in some horrible triple threat matches. However, the guy is spotty and doesn't have much of a personality so I don't see TNA needing him again.

I've always been a Sabin fan even pre MCMG. I thought he had the potential to be a breakout star, but injuries have definitely derailed him.

At this point, maybe tag teams are best for him so he doesn't have to put too much stress on his body

Well, considering TNA has brought back a few X-Division guys back, he can choose some really talented guys. I just hope he doesn't go ham right away, that'll fuck him the most.
