The amount of wrestlers dying at this age is ridiculous.

Dam another wrestler dying before the age of 50. One day the wrestling industry as a whole is going to have to look themselves in the mirror and deal with this problem.

RIP Kanyon

Sad to hear this was true. My friend lives literally down the block from him... he saw everything happen.

R.I.P Chris Kanyon.

This kinda sucks cause I used to be a huge Kanyon mark especially during the Who Betta than Kanyon days and the Alliance MVP days. I guess after he came out of the closet his live went on a downward spiral. It kinda makes me feel bad because he felt he was lifting the weight off his shoulders when really he just added more weight on until he couldn't hang on any longer which probably lead to his suicide. Its a really sad situation. He will be missed by the fans for sure.

Dang, that sucks. I was always a huge Kanyon fan going all the way back to his time as Mortis. Sucks to see him go. I honestly always wanted to see him make a comeback tbh.

Honestly the amount of wrestlers dying young is fucking ridiculous

A very talented wrestler that WCW totally missed the boat on in 98. Man he was over as the Innovator of Offense and had so many great tv matches with Benoit, Saturn, Booker T and the rest of that awesome group of wrestlers going for the TV title. BTW, for a belt that lost alot of cred, it had some awesome people contending for it in 98.

Sorry to hear that his life was such a mess, sucks that he wasn't man enough to deal with it, hopefully he's in a better place. R.I.P

reminds me of a certain lawsuit Chris, Raven, and someone else filed against WWE a few years ago. WWE denied them health benefits even though they trained wrestlers and traveled with them.

I believe the other wrestler might have been Chris Nowinski.
