It was really good if I do say so myself. And yeah, without bragging, I am a great cook, and probably could make one hell of a living doing it, but I would never want to do it as a job.

lol thank you, however I would never even talk to that guy, let alone want to work with him even for an hour.

I have zero respect for him, especially since it seems these days that every chef feels they need to be just like him. Arrrgh.

No, he is by far the superior chef. He's done things and come up with things that I can only gawk with amazement at.

There are some things that I just have trouble working with. Eggs come to mind first when I think of things I screw up most.
