If you head over to WWE.COM they're looking at changing the 'Spinner belt'.

What design did you like the best and why? Would you change the belt into something new?

Think it's time to go with something new rather than bring a old belt back. Just a revamped version of the winged eagle belt would work.

Long overdue, the Cena belt is lame as hell and a blatant merch shill.

I liked the round Attitude belt (the one you unlock on WWE 12) but theres no point rehashing old ideas, start a fresh and make a new shiny one.

Hell even Cena doesn't like the belt anymore and has wanted it gone for like 3 years. It sells merch but it's just too dated because hip hop is a culture that is based on fads anyways.

I don't care, it's still covered in gold and diamonds. I just care about the matches that are fought over it.

Not confident this means too much though. WWE.com has been acting similar to the Informer in WWE magazine just saying what they feel like but not necessarily implementing anything.

That said it' is the normal time for a change.

I don't mind the non spinner belt as you know from looking at it straight away that's it the belt for the top dog.

Hopefully they change it to something epic-looking and not stupid-looking. I would hate to see CM Punk wearing a messed up WWE title.

Since when isn't WWE a business? If something's selling why wouldn't they shill it?

When they hired Kevin Eck from the Baltimore Sun the website basically turned into a TMZ/column/blog site. It's really weird, most of the articles(including the Hardcore title) have no merit and are just fun to read.

I don't understand why Cena gets a new shirt every 6 months because they sell well, yet they use the opposite approach to justify keeping around a title that doesn't even fit Cena's gimmick anymore.

The website is to attract people to the ads doesn't matter if what's written is actually going to happen and occasionally they can use it to find the pulse of the fan base.

Back to the belt and "shilling" it, doesn't matter what the belt looks like it'd still be bought cause it's the belt. You expect the next one to be digital because all technology based products are hot?

I actually have no problem with the belt now, basically because it's been shoved down my throat for years. However I do like the idea of a newer version of the Winged Eagle Belt. That could work really well, that being said I honestly don't see the belt changing. Lets be honest, as people have said, it is a merchandise cash cow and if it's making them money I don't see them changing it.

We need a new design altogether, I've never liked this belt and it's time for a change
