I think with Kenny King as x-division champion, the division has more life than it has in months.

The KO's left when Taylor Wilde, Melissa Anderson, Jackie, Kong, Traci Brooks, Angelina, Winter, Sarita, and Roxxi left. Even though we still have Gail Kim, Tara, Mickie, ODB and Madison Rayne, there's no telling how much longer until the division dissolves into nothing except valets.

The tag team division... [shakes head in shame] It's hard to say there's even still a division right now. Kazarian and Daniels FTW!

Don't forget Aries/Roode greatest tag team atm.

I'm still trying to adjust to those two actually working together. But yes, they are up in my top three at the moment.

Ever since Prichard came in, they lost half the knockouts. Something has to be done

Lets not fire the guy that has made TNA better than it's been in years just because they lost a bunch of talentless Knockouts.

I wouldn't call half of the KOs released "talentless." Plus there's the lack of the Tag Team Division.

I also think TNA has been a mixed bag as of late. Last year they royally mismanaged Robert Roode's title reign, James Storm's push, the entire BFG Series, and the way Austin Aries dropped the title to Jeff Hardy was completely nonsensical. I think TNA is starting to get on the right track with Bully Ray and their attempt at defining the X Division, even if it a bit misguided IMHO, however they still have a lot of work do.

These ONOs for instance are terrible and we need to focus more on booking towards traditional payoffs on PPV.

Once you get past Kong, Mickie James, Tara, Gail Kim and Cheerleader Melissa, TNA really hasn't had good knockouts. Most are just lucky they don't seriously injure themselves over the course of the match.

Eh, once their international PPV deal expires, they won't have to do any more non-cannon PPV's. The fact that they're all 10-15 bucks makes them some of the best PPV deals you can get in wrestling today though.

As for the tag team division, things have been better than prior to Prichard gaining all of the power. Look at all of those great Bad Intentions vs Styles/Angle matches we had last year. There's Roode/Aries now and the perfectly fine Chavo/Mex as well. Meanwhile, do you remember what the tag team scene was like before Prichard became the top guy? That Mexican America/Ink Inc feud was dreadful. The tag team division was in such dire straits that it couldn't even be spotlighted on TNA's biggest show of the year in 2011.

There was also Roxxi and Sarita. ( A few more than that but I take you don't care much for women's wrestling anyway ;))

2011 might not have been a banner year for TNA's tag team division but TNA was once home to such teams as Beer Money, Motor City Machine Guns, British Invasion, Team 3D and etc... and isn't Chavo and Hernandez just a new incarnation of Mexican America?

I like Bad Influence and Austin/Roode but most of the teams in TNA now are just two singles guys thrown together for a few weeks.

I'm not saying Prichard needs to be fired or that it's completely his fault, but at least one company needs to spotlight tag teams (IE TNA).

Hire fucking Dave Prazak. That dude is a woman/tag team booking genius. Not to mention that books for the indies so it's not like he doesn't know to treat the little fellas. That's the man right there. If only he was actually available and TNA had the intelligence and guts to give him a shot.

Sarita wasn't good. Can't say I remember how good/bad Roxxi was.

I'm not a hater of women wrestling, I just hate terrible women wrestling. Ever since women wrestling became solely about throwing hot girls in the ring, it's been downright dreadful. Matches like Bull Nakano vs Alundra Blayze and Jumping Bomb Angels vs Glamour Girls practically blows away all women matches in WWE/TNA since the 2000's began. The Gail Kim/Awesome Kong match from Final Resolution 2008 was so fucking good because it was just two talented women putting on a hell of a match. Otherwise, you have to grade mainstream women wrestling on a curve.

2011 might not have been a banner year for TNA's tag team division but TNA was once home to such teams as Beer Money, Motor City Machine Guns, British Invasion, Team 3D and etc... and isn't Chavo and Hernandez just a new incarnation of Mexican America?

Team 3D were already gone by time 2011 began. Beer Money had their moments, but their best of five series against MCMG was so damn overrated. I can't say I cared much for MCMG in the final few years. Guns in 2006 was great though. British Invasion were fine, but that's about it. As for Mex/Chavo just being a new version of Mexican America, maybe they are, but Chavo Guerrero is a hell of a lot better than Anarquia. Anarquia had to be one of the worst members of the roster back then.

I like Bad Influence and Austin/Roode but most of the teams in TNA now are just two singles guys thrown together for a few weeks.

Right now, you're getting some killer tag team matches. Would most prefer to have an actual division than makeshift teams? Sure, but as long as they're delivering, it's fine. Lets not forget that one of the best time periods for WWE tag team wrestling was in the fall of 2002 where every team was a makeshift tag team.

Alright well let's not get too far ahead of ourselves now... maybe The Canadian Ninjas and a couple others... but we don't need Total Nonstop Average wrestling..

I do have to say that WWE and TNA are not doing a terrible job because I am still able to watch their programs. I am still entertained by their shows. Although women's wrestling absolutely sucks, we don't have to see them wrestle for longer than a few minutes anyway.

The important things are improving just as the x-division and the tag team division. I can see TNA trying to bring back the x-division to the limelight and I love the x-division stars they have on the roster. I also can see their slow, but steady attempts to bring us decent tag teams on the roster. Critics will always have an issue or two with TNA just like they have issues with WWE, ROH, and Shimmer. We just have to bite our tongues sometimes and hope the change continues to move in a positive direction.

They should bring back guys like Petey Williams, Michael Shane, Jay Lethal, Low Ki, Tony Nese etc
