Any predictions for tonight lads/lasses?

I think Bayern will beat us 2-1 tonight, I have a feeling the match play will be closer than anticipated by the pundits (United are expected to be beaten comfortably). Rooney is expected to play despite his injury problems which may or may not help us judging by his performance in the first leg (poor).

I have a strong feeling Madrid will qualify for the Semi-finals also. Their squad has more experience than Atletico's when it comes to the Champions League and I believe this will assist them when it comes to closing out the match.

I've got that sneaky feeling that United could nick this tonight, and even go as far to the final at least.

If they managed to win the Champions League, would I be correct in assuming that they would throw aside whoever finishes in fourth spot in the Premier League?

Just noticed I said Madrid here when I meant Barcelona! Oops I was wrong anyway.

Poor display from United last night after we scored. I thought that before Evra scored we were defensively sound and it seemed like we were going to have a repeat of last week's defensive display. As soon as we scored it was like United forgot how to defend, like scoring a goal made our aims different or something. The 3 goals scored by Bayern made our defence look scared, nobody seemed to want to challenge Robben when he was on the ball (because he dives all day).

Only caught up with the two quarter finals second legs from tuesday as had to train then work during wednesdays 2 games will catch highlights. But chelsea game couldve went anyway as chelsea had plenty chances to increase the scoreline but then psg also had some good chances. Both teams closely matched cant see chelsea getting to the final no matter who they get in semi draw.

Dortmund were really unlucky against madrid i was surprised by way the german side dominated at certain parts of the match.

Draw tomorrow morning

Evra was too much of a liability. In my opinion, that goal was just fantastic, however he needs to definitely needs to leave in the summer.

I agree mate, when Vidic announced he was leaving for Inter I said Evra should join him there. I still think Evra is a great left-back and has served us well over the years but it is time for him to move on for sure.

In other news the Semi-finals have been drawn!

- Chelsea vs. Atletico Madrid
- Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich

I have a strange feeling we will see Atletico vs. Bayern Munich in the final.

Atletico's form at the moment is reminding me of Borussia Dortmund's run last season where it seemed like nobody could beat them. Furthermore the last time Chelsea and Atletico clashed was in the European Super Cup and Atletico won 4-1, this may give them a psychological edge or it could mean shit.

Neuer is apparently injured. I do agree AM is like this year's version of BVB and I've learned the lesson of last year's CDR. I hope it's an All Spanish final considering last year was an All-German final

An all-Spanish final would be an interesting watch but I can't see Real getting past Bayern this year. Real Madrid in recent times appear to falter when the final hurdles are approaching and when facing a team as strong and confident as Bayern I only see them doing the same unfortunately. Under Pep Guardiola Bayern are going to only become stronger.

Quick Question? When was Madrid's last Champions League triumph? My memory says the year 2000 but I'm not 100% certain.
