John Cena will be in the WWE for much longer. Cena recently signed a 10 year deal that will keep him in the WWE until 2017. How much he will be receiving has not been disclosed, but the contract does include at least 5 more WWE Title runs.





I would assume, he's making about 2 million dollars a year. Probably a few movies too. Probably gets like 10% of merchadise sales too. I wonder why they did the gaurantee'd title reigns. Does Cena really need it?

No, I'm sure he doesn't need it as he will for sure get them anyway with or without them in his contract, but this way he has a very nice deal that will see him set for life.

nah, the movies would only be for the wwe. If not, the wwe would have to OK it. So basically as long as Cena is healthy, he will be a major part of the company til 2017.

This one seemed ment to happen. What did you all expect, WWE firing Cena or just giving him a 3 year contract. Cena is their biggest draw. What I dont dig is the guaranteed title runs. 5 more title runs, and seeing how WWE fonds with Cena we could even have more runs, it is until 2017 remeber. At the end of his contract he would be an 8 time World Champion.

Well I can say this now

John Cena is the Hulk Hogan of this decade and this era. Cena is going to be putting anybody over right now and then he is going to hold the title for a year or so. Cena getting 5 more title runs with the moveset he has right now, for him to get that IMO is WWE's marketing ability and how they are trying to market Cena as much as they can to get a new audience and I don't blame them but 5 guaranteed title runs? Maybe I would be ok with 3 but not 5.

I also think that Cena is making way over 2 million a year XBA.

I think his moveset will varey in the next few years. But i think somehow he will be loved by everyone at one point. C'mon guy its 10 years,i dont wanna believe it but we will all fall for it. I can see itnow a few years time cena haters saying he's not all that bad etc.
