I think you're giving a bit too much credit to Big Man over his play D1 around Poyser in comparison to Chris.

okay but that is a bit of a nonsense reason to sus him for. when you’re the only one suspecting a player who is perceived to be a much stronger player than you, it makes sense that your confidence in the read will grow and it’s more likely to go somewhere when another player votes for them. Chris is not one to lead wagons. and it’s not like the suspicion just came out of nowhere after cp voted, he voiced suspicion before anyone else and he didn’t seem to be suspicious of anyone else at the time.

This post actually gives me more reason to believe Chris' VT claim over Big Mans. He actually makes good points about why not to sus Chris here. Read this in the current game context that Poyser is now scum. It makes Chris & CP look solid.

Right around Magic & Banez argument, when Banez was being sussed.

Magic’s point on Rugrat’s first post is legit and it’s probably the most likely lynch at this stage so I’m happy to lynch him. claim would be nice but if not oh well.

being inactive is not the reason Rugrat is being voted so I’m not sure why you’re bringing up me or lethal.

also it’s day 1. there’s not many players who you could lynch and learn a lot from their interactions if they flip town. the player with the most interactions is Poyser, and off his interactions we could probably clear ace and chris. pretty much every other player we probably only clear 1 player max. the best way to get reads off this lynch will probably be to look at how the wagon developed which doesn’t need the player to have interactions.

Pushing the wagon off of Poyser again? The initial post basically saying that D1 lynches don't offer a lot on the interaction front - fair enough, then suggesting Ace & Chris could be cleared from a Poyser town flip.

Then the sudden flip to "we wouldn't clear anyone if Poyser flips town" just makes this look like a backtrack after realising that the first post still offered benefit to a Poyser lynch.

I think the forgetfulness was a genuine mistake by Poyser.

In a game in which we already know of a janitor and a mafia tracker, 3 vanilla townies already being out when many people are still not outed with their roles seems way too good to be true. Occams Razor etc.

Neither of those times did it look particularly likely taht we were actually going to vote for him, though. Meaning it could easily be you distancing yourself from him.
