First of all, calm down. And secondly decide your partners, since you were the only one who came here first, decide a name for your federation and then start choosing partners. Here is the updated list of the current federations:

2) Andew~Walker's Federation - "Name to be decided"

What about you GardsJR? Since you were the one who put the idea on the table, open up your federation. I suggest you and Andrew~Walker together in one Federation!
