Dream Wrestling Association is live! DWA, also referred to as DREAM, looks to hit the ground running on October 3, 2007, with their highly anticipated debut on TSN and ESPN360! Not since the early months of 2001 have wrestling fans had the chance to experience a highly competitive alternative and DREAM aims to provide the very best in sports and entertainment for fans across the globe. Airing live from the world-famous Manhattan Center in New York City, Wednesday Night’s are the new home of professional wrestling with the debut of Vendetta!

This is sure to be a night to remember with a star-studded roster of competitors signed to contracts with Bret Hart at the helm leading the way forward. Confirmed earlier this week by the Owner of DREAM, Bret “the Hitman” Hart, the very first episode of Vendetta will see the company crown their first ever World Champion - an honour that each member of the packed roster would be clamouring to achieve. It has not been announced how the first World Champion would be decided - with names expected for the first show including Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Rob Van Dam, Kurt Angle, and Bobby Lashley to name just a few - DREAM is not short of a suitable option. Fans will have to tune in to see how the fresh face of professional wrestling crowns their first-ever champion!

Also, CM Punk goes one-on-one with Matt Sydal in a singles match with a standard twenty-minute time limit - a function of all non-title matches in Dream Wrestling Association. This will be the first time in nearly a year that CM Punk enters the squared circle after his infamous exit from his last job. Matt Sydal will be making his national television debut against CM Punk and looks to seize the moment with the eyes of the world watching closely.

The tag team division will also be on display when mainstays of the independent scene, Christopher Daniels and Low-Ki, collectively known as Triple X, go up against the youngsters Cody Rhodes and his partner Kofi Kingston. Fresh out of developmental, Rhodes and Kingston bring a fast-paced in-ring style and they are sure to be fan favourites in no time with their “can do” attitude and bright outlook on life!
