Friday Night SmackDown - July 17, 2020
It’s the final Friday before the Horror Show at Extreme Rules, and tensions are running high with the big Last Man Standing match for the WWE Universal Championship right around the corner. Things between The Fiend and Jeff Hardy have been unorthodox and out of control for weeks, and with two days remaining until their showdown on Sunday, a special edition of the Firefly Fun House seeks to bring himself closer to the champ.

While the Horror Show at Extreme Rules decrees it is every woman for herself in the Fatal 4-Way match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, the four participants involved test their friendship in a six-woman tag team confrontation. With the cracks beginning to show in Bayley and Sasha Banks’ and Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross’s camp, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions team up with “the Boss’s” longtime fellow accomplice Tamina to do battle with the forces of the former champs, Alexa Bliss, Nikki Cross and Carmella.

Weeks after King Corbin defeated Apollo Crews to be named number one contender, Daniel Bryan puts the WWE Intercontinental Championship at stake against the King, in a situation that could have the Royal Family not so far behind.

Their friendship once again ended and headed to the Hollywood Backlot Brawl this Sunday, John Morrison pays The Miz a special meeting at his Westlake Village mansion.
