It is karma for when you did it to me, lol
there's a handful of Pac songs I like well enough...it's just listening to him talk about shooting and killing people at the end of the song after how they both ended up going down...is just a pass for me in my old age I guess...I'm soft nowkind of shocked at the Tupac hate
Also, he began his career, correct if I am wrong, rapping about more meaningful stuff like staying strong and the hardships of people like Brenda's Baby or Keep Ya Head Up. So him changing to that of what you mentioned could have affected people as well.there's a handful of Pac songs I like well enough...it's just listening to him talk about shooting and killing people at the end of the song after how they both ended up going down...is just a pass for me in my old age I guess...I'm soft now
I get it. And I will be real, I really like that song and California Love...after that, I think he is a bit over rated. I think the lore of Tupac is greater than his music, that's my hot take of the day.there's a handful of Pac songs I like well enough...it's just listening to him talk about shooting and killing people at the end of the song after how they both ended up going down...is just a pass for me in my old age I guess...I'm soft now

Me neither until about a year ago when I heard a cover of Keep Ya Head Up, and one specific part that says "And since a man can't make one / He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one" hit me because this was a pro-choice-esque message in a hip-hop songwas not aware of this
as someone who listened to them when they came out I find both Pac and Biggie overrated because of how they went out. Don't get me wrong they both have some classics..I get it. Yeah, fair enough. I knew Dear Mama and some others, but like you said the thug shit just overshowded it and gave mix messages, or atleats it did to meas someone who listened to them when they came out I find both Pac and Biggie overrated because of how they went out. @Sasha he still kept making music with a message like Dear Mama etc it's just the thug shit like this kinda overshadowed them especially after he was murdered
