WCW were slowly turning back around and getting pretty good again near the end because Terry Taylor finally got the book who had stopped booking WCW in the fall of 98. I often try to tell people that Taylor was like the best thing that ever happened to WCW booking wise. He booked from like early 97 to late 98 and once he left that’s when the booking just absolutely fell apart. He came back to WCW in 2000 and him and Johnny Ace actually got the book together because Ace came in to be their talent relations guy and when Russo got sent home with a concussion Ace had to take the reigns of WCW and him and Taylor started writing the shows and it got massively better.

Yea, I asked Booty about picking Clint Eastwood and I was so close to picking it as my #1, but what can you do, huh :lol

No problem with losing (especially so close with the Song I chose) to Green Day though. Congratulations @Sky :cudi

Just to be clear, I did specifically Msg Booty before I picked my song whether or not a word like Eastwood that was a non-directional word, but had the word east in it would count and he gave me the go ahead and then I picked my song.

I will say, though he kind of saved my bacon on that though, because I was having a really hard time finding a song I liked with a direction in it.

Good to see he was staying consistent on the ruling.

Am I not always fair?

You are. I was only adding that because because it made it look better for me that you had already pre-approved that song for someone else so it was just a decision that you had made not specifically on my benefit I don’t know I’m rambling. I just don’t like to be controversial lol.

To be fair, it's not as much of a stretch one would think. The name/word Eastwood comes from old English and pretty much means exactly what you'd think, "the east of a wood".

...aaaand I personally love to see people thinking outside the box in this.
