This is a tv pilot featuring Bret Hart and Roddy Piper. It is about a small time wrestling promoter trying to get a major tv deal in 1983, Roddy Piper is the commentator and Bret Hart is the brother of the promoter and also the veteran face. Pilot wasn't actually that bad, was expecting a lot worse, I would actually watch this if it was picked up for a full series.

I'll watch the pilot later today, but I know for a fact that I would so watch this if it got a full season because Piper's the man and Bret's acting should be hilarious

Show itself needs some better production values, but seeing as this was just a pilot I won't holt that against it. As a Bret Hart fanatic, I can safely say he would be fine at playing an old vet not knowing that his time is up. Roddy Piper on commentary in this show is way better than he was with WWF in the early 90s lol. I'd watch this show, better than most of the gay shit Bravo has.

The production values will increase if it is picked up for a full season but I don't want them to make it too flashy. I want it to keep that old school look since it is set in the 80's.

Haven't heard anything else about this, don't know when it will be announced if it is picked up or not.
