Pretty crazy news but I think about R-Kelly how many times has he been charged and it's taken forever for him to be charged on what he did up to now with what he did to Women after so many Years of freedom. Cosby is free on this but that isn't going to stop all the Women allegeding what he did to them which I wholeheartedly I believed he did.

The technicality is probably legit and there for a reason to protect innocents charged with a crime in various circumstances.

Infuriating bc it by no means should tell us Cosby didn't do it, but people of the court know better than anyone that if you're putting someone away you gotta go through all the right protocols and follow it to the letter of the law. Courts aren't vigilante justice.
