Bayley is a Terrible Babyface That Should Not be WWE Women’s Champion

While Bayley is one of my favorite women on the WWE roster (tied with Lynch) I do think her not giving up the title was a bad move. Like you said, it would've been the pure baby face move to do and would have made more sense for her character.

And if they did that, they could've had her win the title legitimately later on down the line (like mania possibly).

She is struggling and the things they are writing her in to aren't helping. I'm not saying Cena never did a heel thing in his career of being an overly-saturated face but come on.
If they keep this up, they will run her career in to the ground which I don't think anyone wants to see happen.

I wouldn't call the one female wrestler getting more girls ages 8-13 into pro wrestling than any other character in the last 10-20 years a failed/awful babyface.

But for somebody who I believe genuinely loves Pro Wrestling with all of heart in a very REAL way... everything she says sounds terribly FAKE & scripted... it really is awful hearing her promos on RAW.... she seemed to be doing better on NXT, maybe it's the crap scripts on the main rosters who knows.

Charlotte certainly shouldn't have lost that PPV streak I know that much

There is a lot to love about Bayley...Hell...not long ago I was a fan of hers...

I honestly think Bayley's "adorable wrestling geek" character just doesn't
work on the main roster...especially when you compare her to the confidence
and style of Sasha Banks and the arrogance and athleticism of Charlotte.

She just seems like a lost little girl in a scary new world.

The RAW writing has definitely not helped her any...and while Sasha &
Charlotte sound like robots sometimes...they have stronger in-ring skills
and overall a stronger screen presence.

Seriously...sometimes Sasha truly does "strut" around like she owns the
place and sometimes Charlotte holds herself with the poise and dignity of
true royalty. This is important for the audience to see as it makes them
believable as characters.

Even Dana Brooke has better ring presence than Bayley...but that comes
more from her overall physical appearance and bodybuilding background.

Speaking of ring presence...can we get Nia Jax to study some "old tapes" of
Awesome Kong/Kharma so she can actually start acting like the "unstoppable beast"
the WWE wants her to be? Just an idea...

Her PPV streak should have been broken at Wrestlemania and it then should
have led to some serious character development...whether Charlotte began to
turn face...or they went the opposite direction and had Charlotte "break" under
the pressure.
