I'm looking forward to Swagger vs Rusev.

If the 'Yawn fest' Rusev wins, which I believe he will, I hope he doesn't squash Swagger. If he's going to get the win, at least have Swagger be close to get the victory at some point, instead of just him losing in less than 3 minutes.

That main event is terrible. Kane, still up there? Really? Orton also doesn't help things, Cena, well, lol, and Reigns being there makes no kayfabe sense. Wyatt/Jericho will be very good, and the battle royal seems interesting, curious about who takes the strap.

Kane still has heat for injuring Daniel Bryan. The fans should hate him more than ever right now.
Orton hasn't been pinned when it really counted, so he's there.
Now is the time to push Reigns. Hit while the iron is hot. (Although an IC run wouldn't have hurt).

Kane will eat the pin in the match because Orton is in HHH mode where they don't want him pinned.
Reigns presence is necessary to further a Lesnar angle down the road.
The Lesnar/Cena angle should begin at Battleground. I can't see Heyman having the strength to lay out 4 superstars, consecutively.

Well, I don't know, I'm sure Kane would be far from the main event if DB wasn't hurt, it's just that, you know. Kane main eventing in 2014 isn't good, Orton has been in the title picture forever and has been the same act for a while... it's not atrocious, but I'm not looking forward to it myself.

I'm simply giving rationale for why Kane is there. Kane best suits the Authority angle over guys like Mark Henry or Big Show.
Ironically enough, it was Kane who took Bryan under his wing in the team Hell No saga.
If you look at it that way, as well, you could see why WWE is high on Kane.
Why is Orton is HHH version 2014? It's because HHH wants Orton to be HHH version 2014.

No, I agree on Kane. There's kayfabe sense for him to be there, as Orton. It's just not interesting to me as well.

On paper it looks good, but I'm not too sure how Jericho/Wyatt and Ambrose/Rollins are going to play out. I feel they're going to cheat us out on at least one of them and end it in some sort of no contest/DQ, because both matches are obviously made for Summerslam and it'd be strange seeing Summerslam just be a continuation of Battleground. They'll need something to spice the two feuds up for Summerslam.

Yeah the Ambrose/Rollins is a definite DQ in Ambrose favor after interference by Kane or Orton... OR a stipulation is added to the match by the Authority during the kick off show. Jericho/Wyatt there is no telling what might happen.
