Batman Discussion Thread.

This thread is dedicated to Batman. What are your favorite Batman films? My favorite Batman films are Batman(1989), Batman Forever, Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight. There is currently a Batman and Superman crossover that is in the works. Ben Affleck will star as Batman in that movie. The Batman and Superman crossover is currently slated for a 2015 release date. I made a mistake in the poll. It's supposed to say "What are your favorite Batman movies?"

Batman & Robin did have a Predator reunion, Jesse Ventura played one of Victor Friese's guards while he was locked up. Too bad that was the best thing about the movie.

Keaton played Batman well, while Clooney was a believable Bruce Wayne, Kilmer was mediocre at both roles, and Bale was like Adam West without the humor, same voice for both characters.

My two favourites are Batman Returns and Batman Begins.

Returns because of the supporting performances (although in a way their more lead), and because of the way it uses the atmosphere of Christmas and turns it into something twisted and sinister.

Begins because it brilliantly explains the history of how the Batman character became who is, and gets a good mix of character driven drama and exciting action scenes. And Bale is very good too.

I also like the Dark Knight a lot, but it doesn't quite match Begins.
