Eh I think it takes a bit after this show and then they still had some shit, but overall yeah it was better. I personally like the couple months leading up to this show after the reboot the best until maybe December or November of 2000

There are some bumps, but this is where WCW really started with the new blood while ironically being the end of it the actual angle.
