There are some bumps, but this is where WCW really started with the new blood while ironically being the end of it the actual angle.

Yeah I agree with that for sure, I just think it was rough at first when they fully went all in for it but it made the later year much better

I like 2000 WCW more than most, but I do think 1999 is underrated in general.
