I mean if it's true Haza thought his power would only come into play IF Smark was lynched, then that's believable that he'd go ahead and send the power in if he wasn't around when a hammer came into play I guess. Only saying that's a viable option if he thought Smark was town and planned to defend him at some point today and only use the governor role as a backup plan tho
