Slight town read, daykill itself is pretty null but the post where he said something to the effect of "well I'm basically VT now so lynch me if you don't think I'm town" isn't something he'd say as scum I think.

You were the one who originally wanted to vote CP earlier in the day I was like hey I’ll follow you and I place the vote and then I try to rally people in the voting for CP and then I started making my own reason cases on them and then CP came in and claimed and then laid back into the ice on me. He clearly was more worried about whatever I was saying that he was about you because you weren’t really doing much after that.
