At this point if a story says Hunter wants someone back I believe they’re coming back because everyone else has been true lol. I was shocked they released Bronson as I thought he was a great big man. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if triple h wants him back.

Genuinely think Jonah could be a megastar in NJPW and should not rush back yet.
Think he could be a star in WWE too. Hunter was super high on the dude.

Wherever he decides, I’m sure he’ll be successful.

WWE has reportedly offered a new contract to Jonah (fka Bronson Reed).

It was reported this week by Ringside News how Jonah’s WWE return was a “safe bet” as he’s well-liked within WWE, and there’s a feeling he will be back. Now a new report from Wrestling Observer Radio notes that Jonah has been offered a WWE contract.

Jonah originally signed with WWE in January 2019, and worked the WWE NXT brand until he was released on August 6, 2021, along with other budget cuts. He then debuted for NJPW, and has worked for the company ever since. Jonah also worked for Impact Wrestling beginning in November 2021, but finished up in May of this year.

It was noted that Jonah has a decision to make – return to WWE or continue to enjoy his push in NJPW. There’s no word yet on what his plans are, but we will keep you updated.

not sure how happy that will make NJPW if he's under contract with them unless he's just freelancing

I don't think he's been signed to them, Meltzer said the same "he has a decision to make" line and I don't think breach of contract is part of it lol

didn't mean to imply there was a breach but it may still annoy NJPW to try and "poach" a talent they are investing in. Obviously if he was on pay per or a short deal WWE isn't doing anything wrong but it's certainly aggressive for a company that I thought were maybe trying to be friendlier with. Like WWE doesn't need Jonah at all, let's be 100% honest.

Idk doesn't really bother me and I don't think it would result in any bad blood, I wouldn't blame Jonah either if it's a better deal. He hasn't been booked since the UK show I think, doesn't seem to have any plans at all for WK. I was pretty sad he got fired the way he did when he'd basically been told he was getting called up, don't mind HHH making it right at all

I also don't think WWE is trying to be friendlier with NJPW the more this Anderson situation played out, I think Anderson is straight up playing NJPW and WWE is using it as leverage to bully them into giving them something for him to appear but I gotta wait and see how WK goes to really make that call

fair enough especially if he's no longer being pushed. I was under the impression NJPW was high on him but I guess not

yeah it's a bad look there for sure and honestly I think to wait to do that match at WK is horrible esp because honestly no one is paying a cent to see or gives a fuck lets be real

I think they could have been and maybe the sheets are just late bc the lack of booking recently might just mean they know he isn't coming back already

The talent hoarding is probably definitely coming back too bc that was mostly an HHH thing, not sure if mass releases continue or not but that seemed to be more of a Nick Khan thing than Vince. I'm not sure how the WWE turnover is gonna look at all outside of NXT's trainees being given soft deadlines
