Backstage News On Brad Maddox

WWE is expected to bring Brad Maddox back to the storylines in time for January’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view. There are plans for him to start wrestling. As noted, Triple H is high on Maddox.

Holy crap I hope they do bring Maddox back! Am I the only one that likes this guy? I have been watching his FCW matches latley and I am even using him in some XBL WWE 13 leagues.
Anyways, What do you guys think WWE will do with him when he gets back? And don't you dare say "Get squashed by Ryback" :henry2:

Dude won me over in his few appearances so far. Crazy entertaining, and I'm glad he'll be used more by the looks of this.

I have liked what I have seen of his character so far so it is good to hear he would be back. I find it a bit odd that he has been away for so long, I thought that they would have tried to capitalise on the character rather than sending him away after losing to Ryback. His promo work was good and the concept of him being followed by his own personal camera man to shoot footage for a YT show was a nice touch.

Be good having him back in time for the Rumble as that should hopefully mean there is another story inside the Rumble match itself. The more stories inside the Rumble the better, so much better than having a dozen random midcarders/jobbers in there.

Maddox for the win. When he comes back he will get squashed by Ryback but ehm, every does get squashed by Ryback once in a while, haha.

Seriously. I somehow find Maddox entertaning so I am really looking forward to seeing him become a part of Monday Nights.

Could somebody please find me some of Brad Maddox's WWE stuff? I haven't watched for a few months and I'm kinda curious about his deal. All I knew was he debuted as an official and had something to do with CM Punk not long after, or something along those lines.

YouTube has a bit of his stuff. The only thing I have against Maddox is his mic work. I feel it could use some work.

Honestly, I couldn't give a flying shit if / when he comes back because he's done nothing on TV yet for me to be excited. He had an average at best promo and got squashed by Ryback, that's it. I anticipate his return about as much as I would a JTG return.

I'd welcome him back. There's nothing necessarily special about him, but there was enough about him during his short stint on Raw that I liked. I'd also like to see the angle between him and Ryback continue, because I wasn't a fan of how they ended it all.

From the little I've seen of Maddox in WWE and FCW, I like him. If they let him cut loose a bit, he could pull of the maximum arrogance I like in heels like Jericho in WCW.

I really don't get these fads people develop for FCW guys. Maddox looks like a geek, can't speak to save himself, and is a fucking idiot in the ring. Trips doesn't really have the eye for talent like people falsely thought he did.

Since he looked like a complete jobber just to be fed to Ryback, I don't see how the WWE Universe would take him seriously at this point. The most he could possibly do is just help others on the roster as a chicken shit heel which he's already done.

I didn't see much in him anyways. He looked out of place as a referee and even more as a wrestler.

He's a rough diamond for sure.

Haven't seen any of his matches but personality wise he has a hook, a good cockyness/swagger about him. He needs to be away from that Shield/Punk mess though otherwise he'll be an afterthought.

This guy needs to be worked with. I mean, did you guys see him on RAW? He didn't get a chance to show his wrestling skills but the way he carries himself and everything looked so smooth and professional.
