Depends how it works. If it's a plugin, there'll probably be some permission settings but it's probably going to be all done through the admin section and might be some work to get it accessible to mods.

Kinda figured all admins, but then Xanth and Hoss need something to do here to keep them occupied.

It's a fresh slate lol, I think it's being done to avoid awards becoming too common they should give a sense of achievement which doesn't work if everyone has them.

Technically you didn't. We didn't have awards at all on Xenforo till now, so everything you've done was on your own will.
