He's just another iwc darling who gets praised because he was in the indies for years.

He has a very basic look...jobber from the 1970s? Yeap

His in ring skills are highly overrated...i'd rank Dolph and Cody above him. Not being bias.

His gimmick has nothing to do with him being dull bland and or boring. I don't care what gimmick they give him he'll still be god awfully painful to watch.

When he ditched Aksana he made a huge mistake now he's just some bald dude with shit mic skills and an average look.

I don't see him going far in WWE but stranger things have happened i mean Cm punk is the top dog...sadly.

Here's a few reasons i find Punk to be quite awful in his own right.

1. He's sloppy/slow in ring for a guy his size you'd think he'd move like a young Shawn michael's(Granted Shawn wasn't a great wrestler he was quick in ring)

2.His mic skills are overrated he tries to be Jericho you know smug arrogant condescending and such but fails and just comes off as a whinny man kid.

3. His look doesn't say WWE champion he should be no more than US champion. He reminds me of a guy Goldberg would destroy in WCW during his undefeated streak.

4. He's disrespectful to fans in real life from that airport incident to calling a fan a homo,Telling a fan to go kill his self on twitter and most recently actually hitting a fan.

5. He botches his finisher more than anyone on the roster and he's the WWE champ. I am not fan of Cena but i have never seen Cena botch his finisher.

6. He likes to knock past superstars and divas(i'll explain this one) moves,ring gear,promo style

-Macho man elbow/Macho man tights design-

-Trish stratus chick kick-

-Bret hart's colors-

-Jericho's best in the world gimmick/Promo style.

7. He honestly thinks he is the best wrestler in the world you can tell when some people actually believe the smoke they're blowing out their own behind is true and he fits the criteria.

8. His fans are annoying i usually don't call fans out but his cult of iwc snarks are beyond delusional they'll go to hell and back to defend him. Just like that fan incident some how it was the fan's fault Punk got all pms-ish and hit him.

9. He can't draw for shit look at the numbers every since he's been WWE champion the ratings and PPV buy rates have suffered. Reason why he won't be defending his title next ppv.

10. He's a serial douche bag and not because he's heel or he's doing his job. It's because he's a glorified real life asshole. If his twitter tells you anything it's ''this dude is a major douche''.

1) Granted he's sloppy, but he's also underrated because of his occasional sloppyness. He's had many good matches recently - doesn't get enough credit for it.

2) Disagree. He's the best mic worker in professional wrestling in my opinion (with Jericho and Heyman), but that's subjective. Even if they are overrated, you can't disagree that he's still an amazing talker.

3) Why shouldn't he be WWE champ though? He's fantastic in the ring and an awesome talker, arguably the two most important factors.

4) Yeah he's a dick, I can't defend that. Personally I like to see someone who doesn't asslick everyone around him, but that's just me.

5) Agreed, needs a better finisher.

6) Or just appreciate them and celebrate their careers? I thought it was quite classy of him to wear Savage's colours etc.

7) Do you know for sure he thinks that? Also, you can make a case for it. He's not the best technical wrestler in the world but you can easily debate with him about being the best all rounder (I'm not saying he is, I'm saying you can debate it without looking foolish).

Love. Although the beef with Gabriel makes no sense. He is too new in his WWE career to be used as a means of putting Gabriel over and on the other hand, Gabriel does nothing for Cesaro in any form. He's got decent skills for a big man, definitely powerfull and pretty clean. Just needs decent mic skills to avoid putting the crowd to sleep.

He is (in my opinion) the best talker in the world with Jericho and Heyman, but he's certainly not the best wrestler in the world. Secondly, Punk was put on SmackDown when Orton was initially injured as they needed a draw to put butts in seats, that's proof he's a draw. He's not no Rock, but he's certainly a draw, anyone in his position would be.
