Are We Finishing the Story? The Cody/Rock/Roman Megathread

Yeah Roman/Rocky vs Seth/Cody Night 1 sounds about right now saving Rocky's body after not being in the Ring in a long time. Whoever becomes the Number one Contender faces Seth on Night 2 and we still get Cody vs Roman Night 2. I think WWE should do more Press Conferences for the big time PPVs it truly draws.

I’d be pretty happy with a tag on night 1. Rock clearly wants to work the show and it’ll add depth to the story.

As long as Cody still beats Roman on night 2.

I mean if they go the tag match with no stakes at least I could see Rock & Roman going over just for cody story of him losing to Roman again but idk.

Only thing they can do really is just a winner takes all kinda deal on Night 2 but that would take away Roman/Cody in a singles match and I don't want that to happen.

I would have thought more of a post-match cash-in. But during the match would be hysterical. He cashes in and somehow Rock wins the match and the Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Drew wins the chamber and we get Rock/Drew at Mania Night 2 where Drew wins.

I liked it. It was so perfect of an idea that I couldn't even respond.

But to be honest having a Special Ref in the match feels like it puts an asterisk on the Cody win, even if the ref calls it down the middle. I'd rather Cody just wins clean in a 1 on 1 match. Hell give me Super Cody overcoming Solo, Jimmy, Heyman, AND Rock interference (maybe Jey/Sami come out to even the odds but that's not even needed).

I don’t think a ref marries the win at all. If the perfect babyface comeback. First he has to battle against the heel authority, but then the twist is Rock evens the playing field.

One way or the other cody has to have a plan to neutralize the bloodline.
