As an incentive for people who DO RP and help us make the show, how about, in these early stages, we give out reps for every member that actually RPs apart from ourselves? This may be a boost for people and make them want to start RPing. Once we have established who the regular group are, we stop this practice, and just give out 'welcome' reps on their first RP or something.

What do you guys think? Just to make sure people don't drop a character app and then abandon them, a la Black Panthers and Alex Styles.

Me too. Maybe after we get rolling we change it to newbies and people who stay steady for long periods of time

Yeah... incentives are always good to keep people going.

We could also do something bi-weekly like RP of the past 2 weeks, top 10 stars... I dunno... these just popping in my head at this very moment.

We had stuff like that in the PWA, we gave it up because nobody cared much.

But maybe here it would work better...so yeah, it's an idea.
