Sure, I accept your point. But I'd definitely argue that the likelihood of me OMGUSing Poyser this early in d1 and with like two throwaway votes on me just aren't that high.

The way you present how you would act comes off as disingenuous. A better defence would be that you’d be less likely to pursue a strong player in that scenario, because even though your statement is weaker, it carries a lot more weight

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying here - my whole point is that in that scenario, if I were scum, I'd be less likely to try flip attention back on to Poyser and would rather target lower-hanging fruit?
