From what I've read, he gets final say. The Young Bucks have wanted to lose more than they have, to build stars but Tony gets that final say. So it would be his choice, if/when Cody wins it. If you really really think Cody won't win it at some point, then I don't know what to tell you. Same with Kenny, he'll get it also.

Yeah, I'm not really into it. One thing is their women division is kind of weak tbh.

Loved the opening match. I really liked the angle of Scorpio having to step up on short notice and having a killer performance. I also like that JR put him over big in the aftermath. Wonder if Scorpio is destined for any singles success in AEW? I'd be on board.

I fucked with that Cody video package. I'll be happy if/when he wins the World Title. Obviously, I don't want Jericho's reign to end so soon. I'd give it more like six months or so. But Cody deserves to win it. I don't think you can dispute that. The AEW fanbase worships the man.

I'm a little put off by having no interview or video package to lead into this title match. They really just aren't treating the division with much importance, sadly. On the plus side, this is one of the best matches I've seen out of the division yet. They're really killing it.
