Man I didn't even know this was on the Schedule to come out and the Teaser has me really interested. The first one was a Horror Film of epic proportions and if we can get back to that and still have all the Action then this one will be a quality watch.

I feel like I'm in the minority here, but this movie looks like it's going to be all style and no substance. I'll still be seeing it on opening night, but my expectations are very tempered. Alvarez has shown flashes of brilliance, but I have yet to see him stick the landing in any of his previous films.

For a guy like myself who did enjoy the last few Alien films I can totally see why anyone is going to be cautious going into this Film no doubt. I don't know I had good vibes with Prey and I just have good vibes once again with this film.

I gave Prometheus and 8/10 and had it in my top 5 for the year. Covenant was weak but it was still entertaining from a story standpoint and the "I'll do the fingering" line is top notch hilarity. That being said, this trailer does not give me those sorts of vibes. Tbh, if it didn't have the Alien name attached, it could just as easily look like a standard monster of the week loose on a space station movie.

The only Fede Álvarez movie I’ve seen is the 2013 Evil Dead, which I think is great.

I’m with Fuji that the trailers haven’t done much for me for Romulus, but I’m still going to see it because it has the Alien name attached.
