I respect ADR's athletic abilities and that and he's got balls to say that for someone who is new to the WWE and got everything handed to him (ex. Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank) he shouldn't be saying shit about someone who's put in more effort for this company than him.

Eh, I've got a bit of a problem with people thinking Del Rio got things handed to him. He was booked strongly in WWe, but he busted his ass for 10 years in Mexico and has fought professional MMA fights, including for Pride, the 2nd largest MMA promotion in history.

Del Rio is every bit the hard worker that Miz is

His MMA accomplishments have nothing to do with wrestling. It's like saying The Miz should have been pushed for the real world, irrelevant. It's more of a deal of paying he dues in the WWE. It's a similar thing with Sheamus he's wrestled since 2004 but he should have spent more time in the WWE first before an intial title run.

Yeah he's worked very hard but in other companies not specificly the WWE. You can say ADR is more hardworking than the Miz and he is but when it's for this company, The Miz tips the scales more than ADR. ADR should've been gradually pushed not as fast as he was in 2011 because it proved that all he survives on for heat is having a rich boy gimmick and cheap heat tactics

Yea because the amount of hard work it takes to be an MMA fighter is similar to the amount of work it takes to be a reality star :dodgy:

I'm just saying it's not like ADR is some slouch unworthy of being pushed. Was he overpushed? Absolutey. Should he have been brought along slowly? Of course. I understand what you are saying.

My point is People make it sound like Miz was working out 24/7 and training all day long while Del Rio was drinking beer and smoking doobs

Del Rio is also 6'5 and bilingual..... Oh, that doesn't matter I guess?

Well, WWE held on to Carlito far too long, cause he had a great voice and could speak spanish

Del Rio moved to the main roster rather quick, but he's an important part of WWE continuing to expand globally

Global networking is what WWE is all about

What does being an MMA fighter have to do with pro wrestling? Would you want GSP to get the WWE title after a year or Bob Sapp? It is more difficult but it's still got nothing to do with his work rate in the WWE.

I don't think anyone is calling ADR lazy but they're pointing out how much Miz goes over what's required of him. I saw an interview where he said he gets an average of about 4 hours sleep a night due to his media commitments. I'm a big fan of ADR but Miz does do alot more extra work then him.

Maybe Miz should spend more time working on his ring work and less time working with the media and he wouldn't put on boring match after boring match....

He's put on good matches with Morrison, his TLC vs Lawler was decent barring the ending plus he had a match on Raw post Mania with Cena that was good. He's no Dolph in ring but he's good enough imo.

I strongly dislike both of them, but at least The Miz earned his spot in WWE, he worked his ass off, while Del Rio is just opposite - he was given everything from the beginning.

The Morrison match on Raw was the best of his that I can remember, but it was honestly nothing to write home about

I look at it like this. Miz was an undrafted rookie who started off on the practice squad. Del Rio was the top pick in the draft who came in with high expectations. Vince knew what he was getting with Del Rio and it's why he chased him for years and years and paid his ass so much

The Miz's best matches were Daniel Bryan (NOC and Raw) and John Cena WM rematch (Raw).

Yup, forgot about his DB matches. Proof of Bryan's in ring greatness more than anything. He could get 3 stars out of you or I

Miz has to do the media commitments, otherwise he has no place in this business

It's similar to Bret Hart. If Bret couldn't wrestle a clinic, he'd have no business on our tv screen

Miz works so hard.... so freaking so... it's his job. He doesn't have the luxury of not doing the media
