You can achieve that without a wish though.
You can achieve wealth without a wish too, but nearly everyone in here felt the need to mention it. It really isn't all that hard to make lots of money, provided you're willing to sacrifice a lot along the way.

A lot of people in this world are rich. But, very few acquire true wealth. Which is why, I didn't say rich; nor put a dollar amount on it. But, to go beyond that and be wealthy...That is something, even the rich wish for.

I get what you're trying to say (I think) but the word wealth is defined as "an abundance of valuable possessions or money" and "the state of being rich, material prosperity". That sounds like rich to me and even the words themselves are synonyms of each other, so they do kind of mean the exact same thing in the strictest sense.

However if you're arguing that you'd wish for a wealth of the soul or something intangible like that, I don't think a genie would be able to grant it.

I think that's abiding by the rules as long as the soul owner doesn't die.

Okay, think of any NBA, NFL, or MLB star or even a famous actor...To me that is rich. Then take someone like a Rockefeller or Rothschild in their day or today's, Bill Gates. Now what they have compared to the other is to considered as wealth.
