yeah and that way u could get some of the islanders on that show and i think that would help with local ticket sales

It goes off for NBL games which is good. Should be able to easily hit the 6-7k mark especially if they get a good card going.

I think it comes down to hype and just advertising the fuck out of it. AEW is still very niche down here so it's going to be an effort to do so. But if they run the angle of home grown stars (Toni, Buddy etc) then it might help get some interest. They don't have that brand value yet that WWE has and even that struggled to hit 40k at chamber last year.

It's why I half expected buddy in the C2

I think it's also a case of the inept Qld government at the time (since voted out), that they sorely overestimated the demand and wanted to try and show Perth that they could do a better job (we have stupid rivalries between capital cities trying to outdo each other. The Taylor Swift concerts were atrociously overbooked to try and be 'the best.')

Unless it's like Mania I think stadium shows are overrated and the open-air takes away the atmosphere. Just waiting now to see if they've updated the tickets for the venue. I'm pretty sure already purchased tickets got a right of selection at the new venue before new tix went on sale.

Waiting on the tickets to switch to the new venue so I can see pricing before I go for them. Annoying that they're taking so long.

Then flights which they're spiking up due to 'demand.' Might be cheaper to just drive up lol, it's only 10 hours
