That’s the ‘biggest’ next option. There’s also a tennis centre that holds 7k.

This is apparently a tough one and they probably won't be able to do it bc there's two concerts around the same time and they don't know if they can do all the setup and tearing down of the sets in between them

Moved to the 13.5k capacity Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Surely they can fill that or maybe they pull the plug and go to Sydney or Melbourne. Changes my hotel booking too as I had one like 500m from Suncorp

they should comfortably be able to fill 8 to 10 k in there , more if the card is crazy. venue looks nice inside too

It goes off for NBL games which is good. Should be able to easily hit the 6-7k mark especially if they get a good card going.

I think it comes down to hype and just advertising the fuck out of it. AEW is still very niche down here so it's going to be an effort to do so. But if they run the angle of home grown stars (Toni, Buddy etc) then it might help get some interest. They don't have that brand value yet that WWE has and even that struggled to hit 40k at chamber last year.

that would be insane and tbh...not THAT far fetched? Kenny is coming back to njpw Jan 5th or wtv, and already rumors hes gonna have an aew match before this (unsubstantiated atm)

but he will be back for sure regardless by this ppv, there's 0 way he is not booked on that card.

Also if they thought it would be like Wembley even with the interest in the company being less in Australia, literally geography says that's impossible lol people could travel by train from multiple countries to Wembley where people from Australia will have to fly to this show.
