This is quality. This will be the feud to really bring that extra edge out of Punk again, and I'm glad they saved it for when he faced MJF. He's going to bring that side out of him.

I can honestly say this promo is easily the best trash talking promo I've seen in years. This is how you build a feud and make it feel personal. So much good material in this, I'll be re-watching this back and forth many times. MJF fucking killed it.

They are doing such a good job of selling eachother's lines too. MJF's face when Punk just brought up Rosie O'Donnell.

Absoutely incredible opening. Punk and MJF were both on fire, hard to really say who got the better of the exchange. Punk had some seriously good lines, but the intensity from MJF was next level stuff. So excited to see what is next.

20 minutes on this was a bit long for my liking but it was funny.

I just started watching AEW recently so I don't know a lot of the wrestlers who weren't WCW/WWE back in the day. Most of the newer talent is just that to me, newer. I really like MJF and Darby Allen.

20 minutes was just right for me, but this is coming from someone who would watch 2 hours of MJF and Punk talking. So I'm biased.

MJF is one of my favourite guys in wrestling right now, not just AEW. He's got a seriously bright future, plays one of the best heels.
