This might be the most polished Toni has ever been as a performer.

Both character and match performance. Including character work IN the match.

I mean, right after hitting that German going over to the turnbuckle, doing a wake up taunt while you’re not even looking at your opponent and taunting the crowd, going into a smooth hip attack in the corner and then immediately hitting your finish.

This woman gets storytelling in your match and out.

I’d be all for a third title reign. I honestly thought Hayter should regain it from Toni, anyways.

I like big Bill quite a bit but his strength‘s probably are in tag teams so I love that they got him and Ricky working together. They should put on a pretty damn good match with FTR.

Honestly, Ricky isn’t that far off from the egotistical Enzo. Rick is just a bit more smarmy about it. I do think Bill probably plays a stoic heel bodyguard better more so than Enzo‘s comedic partner too probably.

Oh shit speaking of Hanger, he’s going one on one with fucking Jay next week? How did we get so lucky to get so consistent weekly Bangerz? It also seems like Jay White is taking Dynamite over now.

Seriously though edge versus Jay, juice and omega are three matches that just make me absolutely tingle thinking about. Please Tony no matter what you do make sure at least these three matches happen before edge leaves your company.

If you just wanted to have fun with uncle J, sticking your nose in the middle of his business, live on pay-per-view, probably wasn’t the best way to do it.

I can’t believe anyone could call AEW boring, bad or cold when you have edge and Christian standing in the middle of the ring as active performers in 2023 getting holy shit chants.

It would be pretty wild if Tony attempted to turn Christian into a baby face after being the puppet master, and keep his former puppet as the heels.

I definitely say edge and Christian are up there for greatest tag teams of all time.
