It started during the Cole/MJF tag team tournament participation and the Kingdom, iirc, came into the fold right at the end/after that. Then it took couple of weeks for them to really get Roddy on their side. Again, iirc... Jeff would probably know exactly, but it's in that ballpark.

Either way, I think no one expected this to turn out this fuckin' good.

The timeline definitely fits that it was originally going to be an Adam Cole merging the undisputed with the kingdom while making MJF think that he turned on the kingdom to be his best friend just so he could stab him in the back and take his title, but they’re probably gonna have to swerve a little bit now because I don’t think you can really keep the belt on MJF until Cole is healthy so he’s probably going to drop the belt now to switchblade but it’s gonna probably still be because of Adam Cole.

I didn’t think the segments would’ve been this bloody entertaining but I do remember saying sometime last year that I would have Cole and the undisputed guys leave the elite and repair with the kingdom and then I thought the kingdom would feud with the elite, but I don’t think we’re gonna get a payoff to that.

That would be Hella interesting. Plus, while switchblade did beat Kenny omega in a match switch had nothing to do with Kenny leaving the bullet club, since Kenny left on his own accord to form the elite and AEW, and then switchblade was chosen to be leader afterwards. So would be kind of cool if they kind of threw up the too sweet at each other.

I only mention it because on BTE this week or last (my memory sucks), MJF starts off BTE in the elite lockeroom and is saying how great they are and how he was putting them over on twitter. He then leans in to Kenny's ear and whispers "26 days bitch"

A heel turn for Kenny might be what the doctor ordered. He just snaps at the thought of MJF breaking his record while he’s been on a losing streak of his own. Which should give MJF a lot of ample promo material for when the two of them feud afterwards. MJF and Kenny omega at the December pay-per-view would be killer.

I remember Tama even said just shortly before the good brothers came back that it’s always for life and they were welcome to come back anytime and then they did.

I think in one interview, Tama even said that because bullet club is for life you can always be kicked out for failing the club, but the door is always open for the time is right for them to return or something to that effect.

Yeah, that would be a bed of a bummer since I had already imagined that they were going to do final battle regardless, but if not December, then hopefully a January AEW pay-per-view.

Part of me thinks Tony really feared the road to wrestlemania season so he didn’t wanna put a single pay-per-view during the royal rumble, elimination, chamber or wrestlemania.

Because then he puts the other three paper views between May and November.
