Yep, there was. It sounded like they were playing the Arena sound for the TV audience, that's why they played it again later on.

I’m guessing, probably right after Cole/MJF started getting friendly. Pairing Roddy and the kingdom was such a genius move. Now all we need is the original leader of the kingdom to come back bay bay.

It started during the Cole/MJF tag team tournament participation and the Kingdom, iirc, came into the fold right at the end/after that. Then it took couple of weeks for them to really get Roddy on their side. Again, iirc... Jeff would probably know exactly, but it's in that ballpark.

Either way, I think no one expected this to turn out this fuckin' good.
