The actor’s vote only counts of it is the hammering vote on a wagon, otherwise, their vote does not count.

I tried to get him to claim but clearly I wasn't backed. You had your vote on him for time and could have helped me any at any time. Yeah sure same as the others who had voted but you're the one that's here now.
