I'm sorry, but... Hangman beating Swerve for the Title could never be the finish of their story. If that would be the end of it, it would make it look like Hangman was always right to say Swerve didn't deserve the spot... which would make his run look way worse, looking back on it.

well Hanger does have a point that he NEVER made Swerve pay. Swerve got away with it AND got rewarded. However, I agree with u Hangman winning wouldnt be the end of it. Swerve would get his chance for a rematch and maybe himself fall into madness OR turn more pure

I don’t even disagree but I don’t think Tony wants to fight them being over anymore and seemingly slowly turning them back. By having the most despicable, heel unit the patriarchy cost him the Owen and now having to fight for their vacant trios.

Not to get this back on the negative from but that was kind of my whole point. Swerves entire thing seems to be swept up by the hangman thing and vice versa. Like you were saying I’m sure they’re going to create some thing for Danielson did get involved in this, but yeah it is kind of wild that at least, until after blood and guts the champions gonna be mostly focused on someone other than his challenger.

If there was ever a time where they both could use a step back from the main event scene to keep it fresh you could have them team up for sixth months to a year and over time they make amends, just to have one turn on the other and spark it back up.
