Considering the history with Hanger's booking and needing people like Mox/Swerve to push for feuds with him, I don't have faith in Tony. Plus turned him back face for Okada would be the worst case. Give me him versus Jarrett over that cause it keep him heel. It's waaaaaay too early to turn Hangman back. He can turn face next year but he has unfinished business as a heel versus Swerve. Hanger losing here can work but it need to be booked well and turning him face to fight Okada feels bad story wise (of course the match will bang)

Now you see why when you asked me if I was still watching AEW I said I was just not talking about it on here after Roddy lost.

I would have rather Page won. I don't feel as strongly as Booty (also May vs Toni is legit one of my fav segments this year probs helping my mood) because I'm seeing Danielson live in the main event and he is my all time guy. I think Hanger was the better story. If he stays heel I can accept it if done right. If he turns face NOW to fight the Elite I am out. Down the road, yes but right now I don't want him face.

What makes Danielson so great as a talent it's that when he faces a Wrestler a 2nd or 3rd time he was always brings out something different and new to the Table.

Has he tho? I don't think he is the main character anymore which is fine. As long as he is a priority and imo he needs to be a heel. A heel vs heel feud with Okada would be weird plus Page would have to lose or the win CC title and then ignore Swerve or do it non title. All are weird. That tease should be for down the road.

Only options that fit for Page imo are:

Mox, PAC or a texas death match with Jarrett (with Taylor Swift playing Jarrett to the ring)
