It must have been since around August I was pushing for this. It seemed like the perfect full circle moment for him. He left the Kingdom for the Bullet Club and now that he’s out of the Elite and got beef with Switchblade, bring back your original friends and merge them with your WWE running buddies you had the best run of your career with. Only need KOR to come back from injury (and maybe Fish) to finish it. I get Wardlow has history with MJF and that’s why he’s here, but I can’t see I see him fitting this group. I’m perfectly willing to be proven wrong, though. My only issue is I don’t get why they helped Joe win if the stated goal here for Cole is to use Wardlow to capture the belt and give it to him. Would have made more sense to keep the Devil a secret until Wardlow had a title match with MJF, in my opinion.
