Could’ve just left it alone with the knockout honestly. The MJF/Starks promo was great. I wish there was more than a 1 week build because Starks came out looking like Gold in this. He’s not winning the title, but that’s how you begin setting the foundation of a star.

I think the loss will be the beginning so don't be too sad. I think we are about to witness Ricky's ascension much like Hangman, over the span of a year.

Unpopular Opinion I'm starting to develop: Wardlow wasn't ready and hasn't been interesting since MJF. some of it is booking, some of it is mjf fucking over the angle but some of it is that while hes over with the crowd...I don't think he's that compelling of a character and pretty mediocre talker. was GLARINGLY obvious when besides Joe he's a bit of a 1 trick pony

edit: I still think he can be salvaged but something is missing

I like Wardlow and want him to succeed tho and was hype with his win but ya, idk. no good angles have obviously not helped but i dont really think his matches or promos have been anything to brag about either. its weird. and Joe just cut his legs from underhim because hes pretty much better at everything. mb not the best pairing in retrospect?
