Wednesday night's episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 861,000 viewers on TNT, down 4.1 percent from last week's Thanksgiving eve show. It's the lowest audience for Dynamite on a Wednesday night since May 19.
In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite finished third on the cable charts and drew the same 0.31 rating as last week. That matches Dynamite's lowest rating in its normal time slot since that same May 19 episode.
Looking at the individual demo categories, the only age group that showed an increase from last week was people 25-54 (up 11.8 percent). The biggest decline was with females 12-34 (down 44.4 percent), and the show also had a drop in 18-34 (down 14.3 percent).
As compared to one year ago this week, Dynamite was down 5.7 percent in overall audience and down 26.2 percent in the key demo. That's compared to last year's Winter is Coming special episode of Dynamite, but it's the first time since March that Dynamite has had a year-over-year decline for a Wednesday night show. It's the largest decline since January 6.
Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership and 18-49 demo ratings for Wednesday night airings of Dynamite, along with the 10-week averages in both categories prior to this week. This week's show was down 18.7 percent in viewers and down 22.5 percent in 18-49 from the recent averages.
