Last 3rd of the show, huh... I presume that's like mostly the Four Way and Anarchy? Seems like they maybe just hit a crowd yesterday, which was mostly interested in 2-3 matches, instead of the overall thing.

Anyways... it doesn't take as much away from the show, at least for me. In most cases I can separate what's going on in the ring from what's happening beyond the barricades.

At least it works within the storyline, but ya... Referee stoppage in an unsanctioned Match is just bad. Yes, like I said, it works in the storyline and I see what they wanted to do (I think), but if WWE still gets a huge amount of flak for ending a HiaC Match with a stoppage, then should this also get at least some. Not as much, since Rollins/Wyatt was still a worse case, but some...

Also it reminds me so much of all those bogus situations with the "rules" during WCW Uncensored PPVs.

Overall the Match was fine. Obviously they can't blow all their loads when there's still Anarchy in the Arena to come, but it also made me wish they'd done something like a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match or something similar first and maybe kept this for a Dynamite Main Event or simply later date.

yes to all of this, i had trouble getting into the match too. a bit of a dud for me. probably had my expectations sky high too tho

It definitely was and felt more like an "unsanctioned" match than the PPV match.

Tag Match is quite fun so far though... Mark is as janky of a Ref he can be, but not in a bad way. Just entertaining.

I mean it's not like they couldn't pull it off. They just had a Texas Death and the Buried Alive match both on Revolution... but it still feels like it may have been one of the problems with this one.

Of course Anarchy in the Arena might also be a level above those two match types.
