People assuming this is a shot at Punk by KO because he shared it during the scrum when Punk was running down KO’s friends, The Young Bucks.

Also people think it’s KO’s way to rub it into Punk that he got to main event a Mania when Punk never did after Punk apparently treated KO like crap many years ago when KO met him.

Whatever the case may be on this, I’m Team KO for this.

If the Bucks, Omega, or whoever was actually leaking shit and everything that Punk is mad about, I 100% don’t blame him for going off like he did. Because THEY would have been unprofessional first, you could even say more so. Because if you are in this position of power or whatever as an evp, you really should not be leaking backstage drama. Now before someone says “they sone said the evp isn’t their source.” Well no fucking shit you’re gonna deny who your source is. Could Punk had handle it better? Maybe. But was he wrong for how he felt? Nope.

See where I agree on part of this, I also try and look at it like this. Like if someone spread lies about you and leaked shit like that, how would you react? Me well if I was well rested, I’d probably be more calm. But if I was wore out and tired like I’m sure Punk was after a match like they had, I’d probably be a little bit more wired and would probably pop off. It’s no excuse sure and everything. But I can understand his reaction.
