I mean yeah that's objectively a fact. outside the unfortunate injuries and maybe the botchy spot in hangman match (rest of the match was fine, its nbd) he was always great on the mic and between the ropes. was never a fan of certain folks out there using revisionist history. him being good for aew in the ring and him being shit for the presser can exist in the same world

That was the number one thing I wanted when the punk coming in news broke and it’s still the number one thing I want today. I would be happy enough if the only thing Tony had punk do is come back to do one program with omega have a final match on pay-per-view then retire.

And yeah, I think Omega is just a wise man and can see things from more than his perspective, too. I also don’t think the heat was with him as much as it was the Bucks considering who got the brunt of the fight from Ace etc.

I especially think he saw how much passion Punk had for AEW and what he attempted to do for it before all of this.

yeah and if the reports are true Kenny also stayed after the fight and talked with Punk. Apparently didn't resolve the issue but it was reported to be amicable and respectful. really don't think there's personal heat between the two outside maybe the incident but even then, idk, Kenny just seems to be embarrassed to even be involved in all this and just wants to go back to wrestling

I'd also say Bucks are more in charge on editing BTE. I can see the Bucks being like fuck working with Punk but Kenny might be fine working with him

Exactly and from everything that I understand the bucks are the ones that came up with the BTE concept and because Kenny was a part of the elite they included him in it but I think it’s pretty much the Bucks creation inception writing editing etc.
